How do I create an ATF eForms account?

Visit the eForms website.

Click Register on the login page and fill out your information.

Use the same full legal name and email address you used for your Silencer Shop account.

After submitting, you’ll receive an email with your new User ID — be sure to check your spam/junk folder.

It is important to note your User ID and PIN as these will be used at the time of submission with the ATF.
