You can request a Forgot Password or Forgot Username email from the ATF on the ATF eForms website.
You should not create a new ATF eForms accounts if you have already created one previously to avoid submitting with the incorrect account.
Silencer Shop doesn’t have access to ATF eForms accounts and can’t help recover your login information.
Go to the ATF eForms website.
Click on “Forgot Password?” near the login fields.
On the password-reset page, enter your account maintenance email address (the email linked to your account).
Submit the request — you should receive a password reset email from ATF.
Check your email inbox (and your spam/junk folder just in case).
Follow the link in the email to create a new password. Then log in with your updated credentials.
After logging in with the new password, you may be prompted to update your profile information and set or confirm your security PIN.
