If you don’t see your Form 4 in your personal ATF eForms account, don’t worry — this is normal.
Form 4s only appear in the eForms account of the submitter, which is your dealer’s account, not yours. Because your dealer is the one who submits the Form 4 application to the ATF, the approval will be visible only to them on the ATF side.
Once approved, the ATF will email a copy of your approved Form 4 to both you and your dealer for your records.
You can then upload the approval to your Silencer Shop Dashboard under your Tax Stamp Wallet to keep all your NFA items organized in one place.
