Once your Form 4 is submitted, you’ll need to wait for ATF approval before your suppressor or NFA item can be transferred.
When your Form 4 is approved, both you and your dealer will receive an approval email directly from the ATF.
Please note that Silencer Shop is not notified by the ATF of your approval — we rely on your selected dealer for that update.
