This information ensures your submission meets federal requirements and is processed correctly through the ATF eForms system.
Below is everything included in your Registration Information on Silencer Shop:
✅ Full legal name (must match your government-issued ID)
✅ Date of birth
✅ Place of birth
✅ Current residential address
✅ Citizenship
*Non-U.S. citizens in the U.S. on a nonimmigrant visa must also provide an exception document, such as a hunting license or permit.
✅ Ethnicity and race (required ATF data fields)
✅ Social Security Number (SSN) – optional but recommended for faster processing
✅ 15 registration questions required by the ATF
✅ Registration type – choose Trust, Individual, or Corporation
If registering with an NFA Gun Trust, upload your trust document.
If you purchased and completed your trust through Silencer Shop, it will be automatically uploaded to your account.
✅ A valid passport-style photo
✅ Fingerprints
