To begin your Form 1 application, log in to your Silencer Shop Dashboard.
Once logged in:
Locate the “ATF eForms 1” section.
Click “Start New Form 1.”
Enter your firearm’s information to create a Form 1 draft.
When finished, you’ll see your firearm listed as a draft — select “Place Form 1 Order” to proceed to checkout and finalize your order.
After checkout, Silencer Shop will guide you through the next steps to ensure your Form 1 submission is ready for ATF review.
