How to Add a Tax Stamp
Adding a tax stamp to your account is easy:
Visit SilencerShop.com
Search for “Tax Stamp” or navigate directly to the product page
Add the tax stamp to your cart
Complete checkout
Once purchased, the tax stamp is automatically added to your Silencer Shop account as a credit.
Our system will then apply that credit to the next NFA item requiring a tax stamp—no extra steps needed.
Effective January 1, 2026, the $200 tax stamp fee will no longer apply to suppressor purchases. This change is part of a broader legislative adjustment. While the need for stamps remains unchanged for NFA applications, you can plan for this regulation shift to save on costs if you wait until after the effective date to file your paperwork.
