Full Auto™ eForms: How the new process works for you
With the new Full Auto™ submission process, you no longer need to schedule an appointment with your dealer, share a screen, or enter eForms credentials manually. Once you've vaulted your credentials and signed your forms for your order, everything else is handled automatically.
Part 1: Vault your ATF eForms credentials
There are two ways to save your ATF eForms credentials.
Note: You'll only need to update your credentials if your eForms information (Username, Password, or PIN) changes on the eForms side.
Option A - Via your Account page on the Consumer Portal
You can edit your credentials at any time by going to your Account page and finding the ATF eForms credentials section. You can also return here to edit or update your credentials whenever needed.
Option B - During the signing flow for an order
If you haven't saved your credentials yet, when you click "Sign & Submit," you'll be prompted to enter them before proceeding. Once saved, you'll move directly into the signing flow for your order. If your credentials are already on file, you'll go straight to signing with no interruption.
Enter your ATF eForms username, password, and 4-digit PIN, then save.
Your credentials are encrypted and cannot be viewed by anyone, including Silencer Shop staff.
Part 2: Sign your forms in the Pending Signatures section
Once you place your order, all your registration information is on file and Silencer Shop reviews your information, your form will appear in the "Pending Signatures" section of your Consumer Portal dashboard.
Step 1. Click "Sign & Submit" in Pending Signatures.
Step 2. Click "Sign now" and enter your signature in the Transferee signature field. Click "Next" until all forms are signed, then click "Complete." You will be directed to a confirmation screen letting you know you’re all caught up.
You're done. Your dealer will complete their signature and the eForm will automatically submit to the ATF. No appointment needed. No eForms login needed.
Please note: If you receive a "Join Session" email, you can ignore it. This notification will be removed soon.
Security & ATF Approval for Automated Submissions
Silencer Shop received official ATF approval for this method on April 6, 2026, following meetings with NFA and EPS representatives and ATF Chief Counsel.
You can now securely provide your eForms username, password, and PIN to Silencer Shop to enable fully automated eForms submissions. In accordance with ATF requirements, your credentials and PIN are protected with industry-standard encryption and vaulted securely. The system is designed so that no one, including Silencer Shop personnel, can access your unencrypted credentials or PIN at any point in the process. Your information remains private, protected, and used solely to facilitate your automated submissions.
