You’ll need to select a dealer before completing checkout. This dealer will handle the final transfer of your NFA item once it’s approved.
After your purchase is complete and a serial number has been assigned, Silencer Shop will handle and submit a Form 3 transfer (an FFL-to-FFL transfer) to the ATF.
Once the Form 3 is approved, your item will be shipped to your selected dealer, who will assist you with the next steps to complete your Form 4 submission after the item is delivered.
