After you place your Form 1 order, your submission will move through our internal review process:
Order review: A member of the Silencer Shop team will review your draft and uploaded documents to ensure everything is complete.
Signature requests (if applicable):
If you registered as a Trust or Single Shot Trust, watch your email for a request to sign any required trust-related documents.
Data generation & guidance: Once your order is reviewed and the necessary data is prepared, you’ll be prompted in your Silencer Shop Dashboard to submit the Form 1 to the ATF.
Submission with assistance: You’ll submit the Form 1 through our Full Auto software; our team will assist as needed to ensure the submission is completed correctly.
