How can I Manage Suppressor Purchases to Adapt to Upcoming $0 Tax Stamp Legislation Changes?

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Important Notice Regarding Tax Stamps (Effective 12/15/25 though 1/1/26)

A tax stamp is still required for suppressor purchases in 2025. However, from 12/15/25 until 1/1/26, tax stamp availability depends on how your suppressor was ordered.

Online Orders

If you purchased your suppressor directly through the website, do not purchase a tax stamp, even if it appears available under Services. Tax stamp credits are not currently available from our website for web suppressor orders after 12/15/25.

You may still complete your online purchase of a suppressor between the dates of 12-15-25 and 1-1-26, however the application cannot be certified and submitted to the ATF before 1-1-26.

Orders Placed at Dealer (from dealer inventory)

Tax stamps may only be purchased for eligible dealer-assigned inventory orders. You may still purchase tax stamp credits via the services tab on the website, provided that the certification will be completed before 12/26/25. We strongly encourage you to confirm these details with your dealer before proceeding.

If you are unsure whether your order qualifies, do not purchase a tax stamp until confirmed.

We sincerely appreciate your patience as we wind down 2025 and prepare for the shift to the $0 tax stamp in 2026!
