Suppressors, SBRs, SBSs, and AOWs — $0 Tax Stamp
No action is required from you. When you purchase one of these NFA items through Silencer Shop, the tax stamp is automatically included in your order and filed with the ATF on your behalf as part of your Form 4. You will not see a separate line item to add or pay for.
Machine Guns and Destructive Devices — $200 Transfer Tax
These NFA items still require a $200 transfer tax. Silencer Shop does not sell tax stamps for Machine Guns or Destructive Devices. You will need to purchase the tax stamp directly through your firearm dealer as part of the NFA transfer process.
